The shorelines crash by where thin veils drape over your thoughts
and feelings making you numb to what I try to tell you but I know you
can't hear me because you closed and stitched your ears to the torrents
of loving words you refuse to hear whenever I mutter them you know I
find it difficult but you know what I'm trying to say so then I shout
louder and louder until my vocal cords tear and shatter into a million
pieces when all I want to say is I love you.
