Misaki threw her wristbands to the ground, trying to persuade her tears not to fall, shouting out as she fell to her knees:
“I don’t need this! I don’t care what happens! It has nothing to do with me anyway! I’m weak and pathetic, how can a ugly girl like me make any difference!” Her body had given up as she fell and laid on her back looking up to the evening sky. Her wristbands, to give her strength, where scattered around her and she untied her headband from her forehead taking a brief look at the markings on it. The mark represented her duty, she thought to herself. Along with the thought that the wristbands gave her strength, Convinced that her being there had no point what so ever. She curled into a ball on the dead and scratchy grass she slowly drifted into a restless sleep as her low stamina got the better of her.
On top of her disturbing dreams that could have been her haunting past, she felt a sudden stinging pain on her left cheek opening her eyes she looked upfront of her seeing her hand against the dead grass and another face, a round tubby one, with a little stubble of a beard.
“hey there what you doing out here?” he said with a demented smile. Misaki rose to a sitting position quickly searching for her wristbands, but they were nowhere to be seen.
“not looking for these are you, Leader of Riyu?” a devlish smile swept across his face. Misaki looked at him first in shock, then in irritation, her stare turned deadly, and her glare cruel. She stared him down as she stood up and looked at him with a fiery glow in her eyes.
“give them to me now, or ill do something that I don’t want to do. For your sake.” As she spoke it was almost as if little wisps of fire were coming out as if her mouth were a dangerous dragon snout.
