There with his freinds he waits by my room
I didn't know why at first
But there's a reason why he waits
He's so sweet and kind
Not like his friends
Whom I must constantly correct or dismiss
How I wish he were in my eyes instead
He gazes up at me
None must know
Lest I lose control
None must know Lest I'm crucified by my own I've seen the way he speaks
to others
I've seen the way other women treat him
But they're bearly women
But they're bearly young ladies
But he's more man then my own
Will we be together
Life holds no promise
But this boy in the hall
Has given me
Youth
Happiness
And a lust for life I'd thought lost oh so long ago
