Due on the First....

When I was a child I remember my mother telling me a story about how students got by when the rent was due. My mother told me that the students would draw flyers and used them as invitations to a "Rent Party". These parites would always happen on the 30th of the month because rent was due on the 1st.

If I had a rent party in this day and time I do not think anyone including me would has survived because of the way the world is today. Some people would not let you have a good time. There are a few people who would let you enjoy your company and will be all for the cause until a few drinks passes their lips and then they start to act a fool, cussing and wanting to fight. The noise will then pour into the streets until the police become involved.

You see how scary this has become? Back in my mother's time "Rent Party" seemed like the idea thing to do as for me I rather ask for a loan!

A loan I can deal with if I asked the right person. I will only ask a person if I'm sure I can pay them back on a shedule time. Big loans have to be paid back on installements and I will always tell the person I am borrowing from this from the get go.
