Never ever changing

One thing i've realised in this short life span.
Is that nothing is ever gonna change about this man.
I try and i try, but he couldn't give a damn.
Eating me away like i was a peice of ham.
This man, This man. that's all i ever say.
Looking forward to him changing, like it is pay day.
But i know this won't work Cos now its too late.
My words have no influence like a runner with no pace.
Everyone wants him to change, there all on his side.
But he won't listen, he's blocked them out of his mind.
He will run away from his problems that are deep down inside.
He makes things so painful, like the pain when you die.
We both are the same except for one big thing.
I'm able to use my brain, to learn and to think.
I use it for good. Not for bad or for worse.
I combat my problems, without the need of a nurse.
