A word by oath, long ago,
Spoke of truth, but then who knows?
I've broken whats left, its plain to find,
That what we say is left behind,
Hidden away, the genuine smile,
Get it back, search for miles,
Crash the mind, let it go,
Fall alone, make it so,
Neglect the dream, the passionate one,
Find the reason, fear its gone,
Emotional sickness, a snack to the veins,
Take it all, increase the pain,
Echo fading, no reply,
Look away then walk on by.
