Night-time bonds

The night fell upon us as we said our sweet goodbyes,
Yet the moon was to unfold a wonderful suprise.
Just as I started to think you'd passed me by again,
A feeling like no other abolished all my pain.
As your fingertips lay there, gently upon my hips,
I longed to hold you tightly, and touch those dark full lips.
When you're hand held my waist, I wrapped my arms around you,
And prayed to the stars that this moment would continue.
Soon our bond was parted, and we made out through the night,
And you left me with a feeling of shock and delight.
