Pear of pears

Pear glazed with maple syrup
? cup heavy cream,
To make the pears scream.
? teaspoon ground cardamom,
If you don't know what this is ask your mom.
3 comice pears,
This is before you divided them into shears.
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
Not too much since it acts like a fuse.
1? tablespoon unsalted butter,
This is nothing more than a lump of blubber.
3 tablespoons maple syrup,
Unless you want too burp.
Combine the cream and the ground cardamom in a chilled mixing
bowl,
And whip until the cream holds soft peaks through it all.
Cover and put it away in the refrigerator,
You have to use this later.
Quarter, core and peel the pears,
So you get even shears.
Cut those quarters in half for better use,
And sprinkle with lemon juice.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium-high heat,
This way you meld the butter nice and neat.
Arrange the pears in skillets,
And cook them on one side for 3 minutes until they just begin to brown
like fish fillets.
Add the maple syrup and cook the pears until they are tender,
This is about 1 more minute for the ones who are not from a cooking
gender.
Turn the pears and cook for another minute,
Like an earlier mentioned fish fillet.
Remove it all from the heat,
And allow the pears to cook slightly in it's own heat.
Transfer this nice dish to bowls and serve warm, topped with whipped
cream,
Do this slowly otherwise the pears might scream.
