The weight of freedom
hangs in straw baskets
made in prayer
by hands of children
woven from a world
into chaotic patterns.
As dreams melt
into the rhapsody of life.
The bell of morality tolls
at the ends of the universe
a place of goodbyes
that resonate around
the toil of rebirth
Forbearing and observing
on a distant domain
a location never travelled before
from open eyes and opened minds
you grow within
this so called sanity
Drawn by the echoing voices
to windless tunnels
each step moving you
further but closer too
till you sense the loss
within the hollow shell
on the shore-less sea.
