Reliving A Tragedy

So much negativity that surrounds these days,
From war to threats from terrorists craze.
Still again tragedy shows its face.
Hoping that maybe space would bring some calm,
Seven brave astronauts lost their lives.
Leaving us in shock and not believing our eyes,
As we watched how they perish in the sky.
The world is so desperate to find peace and happiness.
Now left to face such great disaster yet again.
It seems that instead of forward we are moving backwards.
It all has become like a vicious cycle.
We are reliving such familiar moments of sadness
By suffering such calamity and mourning for families.
