Doughs and clays are easy to make and are activities that work on
fine-motor skills and creativity. Here are a few recipes that can be
made out of every day items. Adults should make the dough and then the
children can shape, dry and paint it. Markers and crayons can be used
instead of paints. Colored glues also work well. All of these dough and
clay activities count towards time on your child's in-kind sheet too
(if your child is in HeadStart).
