Twilight
The exhausted sun descends, behind multicoloured clouds to rest,
Brings tranquillity and beauty, artists have tried to paint its
best,
Mother Nature has provided for all in this world, man or beast,
Her rhythm changes daily, so that mans eyes may feast,
And as the land starts to cool from the heat of the days sun,
Animals forage the land which others have previously done,
Birds have flown many miles to seek a place way up in the trees,
Stillness until life is taken, by others to survive, in this
breeze.
The earth moves in a magnificent way, to closing of the day,
But will return just as majestically, with a glorious display.
The sun at last has settled, the mysterious darkness has
overtaken,
Sleep now overrides most, but all will be pleasantly awakened.
