This week dear readers I was given a rare treat. In my position of
Literary Editor of this journal I am obliged to wade through many a
drear tome. But.....at last the light does shine!!!
I recently read a work that would move all but the faint hearted, the
story of one mans journey through a life of unselfish toil. The book is
no less than Harry Harrisons "Tails of Yorkshire"
Harry has devoted his long life to recording the tail length of some
18,000 Yorkshire dogs.The whole
gamut of dog tails is here from our beloved whippet to the tail
challenged terrier.
Miss this at your peril. We begin the serialisation next month!
