Keep fit? How?

We all know that keeping fit keeps all kinds of diseases and medical problems at bay.
But what kind of exercise should we take up? Is it necessary to run around the block or pump iron?
In short, the answer is No!
You do not need to take up jogging or weight-lifting, unless you want to. A walk around your neighbourhood in the morning or evening, gardening, washing the car, painting the bedroom, all these count as exercise.
The more we keep moving and active, basically, the fitter we get. Easy as that!
