A million tears she sheds every night ,
A trillion thoughts swirl in her head "anxiety at its best " she thought to herself ,
Fear of being hurt , fear of hurting ,
Fear of being wronged , fear of being judged ,
Fear of not being loved ,
Fear of being unnoticed ,fear of being noticed .
Oh boy, that's a never ending train right inside her head ,
She wakes up to a new day wearing a smile ,although her eyes reveal a different story,
Head high she walks hoping to seize the world ,
Hoping to win hearts ,
Hoping to win love ,
Hoping to win life ,
The day ends and as she prepares to retire from the chaos .. she faintly hears the sound of the train arriving,
She pleads to her inner self and hopes to miss the train at least for a day.
It's a struggle, it's a struggle.

The way you bring the
The way you bring the physical and the figurative trains together is very effective, and there's a real sense of momentum and desparation, leading to that final line. It's a very satisfying read - I won't say enjoyable, because I really felt for this poor woman!
