Yoga is Bhoga 1

If you want a body like Keanu Reeves, the nude look of Marlon Brando in his early days or the calm serenity of Gwyneth Paltrow, you should consider yoga. The goal of yoga is the illumination of the Body, to turn the gross body into the subtle body. Into almost every organ of the body, we project our feelings. The heart is the organ of love. The sexual organ is the organ of aggression or receptivity, of wiles or of honesty. In Shakespearean times, the English projected onto various organs their various feelings. In Yoga, you open up these feelings that have been projected onto the Body. You may be drinking because of a broken heart. In Yoga, you explore that broken heart while doing a pose. You may think that your body is becoming a thing, a phallus, in Yoga you explore the sexual modes of the body without interpreting it sexually. Now, the illumination of the Body or actualization of the body really falls under the religion of the Goddess. The Goddess is the life principle and as such is interested in the continuation of life. There are various poses in yoga (The Child, The Cobra, etc.) These poses all exemplify the powers of Life. Yoga is nude, not naked so one seals the body and the eyes from the nonbeliever. You may say that the woman in Luncheon in The Grass by Manet is NUDE because her eyes allow no penetration. Nudity moves one toward the subtle body for spirituality is not just a fruit of the Spirit but also the Body.
