The Incredible Cat with a Magical Claw

Up high in a tree
Little Kitsy climbed
Not knowing the trouble
She was about to find.
Crying and yowling,
The poor kitten feared.
There is no way down.
She was so, so scared!

Then appearing from nowhere
Like he’d been there before,
Came the incredible cat
With a magical claw!
He pointed to Kitsy
And then looked away.
In no more than a flash
She was on the ground and OK!

“Where did he come from?
Where did he go?”
Meowed little Kitsy,
“I really must know!”

Crossing the meadow
Chessie slowly strolled,
Failing to notice
That the air was quite cold.
It started to snow
And the fierce wind blew.
He tried to get home
But there was no way through!

Then appearing from nowhere
Like he’d been there before,
Came the incredible cat
With a magical claw!
He stretched out his tail
Then all over the farm,
The snow disappeared
And the wind had gone calm.

“Where did he come from?
Where did he go?”
Neighed little Chessie,
“I really must know!”

Over the rocks
Sissy left her tracks,
She slithered along
And didn’t notice the cracks.

What the outcome will be,
She got stuck in a crack
And couldn’t get free!

Then appearing from nowhere
Like he’d been there before,
Came the incredible cat
With a magical claw!
He danced all around
While giving a hiss,
Then Sissy was freed
When he gave her a kiss!

“Where did he come from?
Where did he go?”
Hissed little Sissy,
“I really must know!”

Down in the water,
Waddy dived for some food,
But didn’t watch out
For the eel in a mood.
He started to panic
Right after the fright
When the eel bit his leg
And held on to him tight!

Then appearing from nowhere
Like he’d been there before,
Came the incredible cat
With a magical claw!
He dived into the water
Using his tail as a prop,
And set Waddy free
To swim back to the top!

“Where did he come from?
Where did he go?”
Quacked little Waddy,
“I really must know!”

Whether stuck up a tree
Or stuck in a blizzard
Or even stuck in a rock
If you’re a legless lizard.
There’s no need to worry,
Or be frightened with awe.
