Alone again,

Another night,

Almost time to turn off the light.

With a sigh I look over and see

You are not there

And hold my tears inside me.

Sometimes it feels like we are so far apart

Even the nights you are here

Laying next to me in the dark.

Will we ever find that place again

The one where we were happy?

I fear not because you see nothing

And once again it is only me…
