Fade to Black

Dieing and I want to live.
I scream a name to you.
You hear it loud,
You know it well.
But now you don't believe.
I screamed your name.
I looked to you.
Now it is too late.
I fade out of the world.
A fade to black.
The façade drops from my eyes.
A last seen truth
Before I go.
The last I saw,
The one I loved.
And now she does not know.
I closed a door,
I opened my wrists.
She found me in the end.
Alone and cold upon my floor.
Crimson regret surrounding me.
Tears dilute the rest.
And still I scream your name.
A darkened face,
My last regrets left behind,
I scream until I burn.
Now you cannot hear me.
Now I drift apart.
My last few moments consider the chances.
Yes.
She reads the note,
She hangs herself.
Above me she swings,
Cold but not alone.
Below her still I lies cold and as alone.
She did not hear but still she answered.
Together alone,
Screaming quiet.
The last fade to black.
To end it all.
Sweet release.
Bitter in itself.
