Born To

It takes many kinds of people
To fill this complicated world.

There are those who were born to wander,
And some are born to sit.

Many to be wasteful,
And a few who stop and quit.

Then, there are those who are here to teach,
And a lot to entertain.

A few are guided to leadership
While others get widespread fame.

I've thought this whole thing over
With integrity and concern.

While my body spends it's time working,
My mind must be free to learn.
