A poem that will make her laugh

I don't want to write,
Another poem about a girl.
That's one of the shortcomings,
Of a bored generation:
That we're caught up and cast out,
By love so quick and so often,
Simply because there is nothing else,
To think or care about.
It's enough to make me want,
To kiss you,
Again.
