Old Baldie

There are few reasons why men elect to be bald. They may already be
losing their hair and decide to even it out. "Hey, I'm not losing my
hair, I am intentionally bald."

Some choose to be bald as a fashion statement. It looks good on them
with their beards and earring. A very trendy look.

Some men are unfortunately bald because of medical reasons;
chemotherapy, no longer having a choice of style.

One day upon arriving home, my Dad, who is seventy -six with a
beautiful healthy crop on top, is sporting a baseball cap. I think this
unusual since he has never worn one before. More the Fedora type. He
has a devilish grin on his face. OK, what's going on here? Something is
up.

He whips the cap off his head and BALD, BALD, BALD! He shaved his
entire head! Because of his handsome face he can get away with wearing
this style. He looks like an old newborn baby. I am stunned as I stare
at his cab door ears.

Why did you do this? You had great hair. His reply is that he no longer
has time to fuss with it, washing it, blowing it dry. He just has no
time.

This man is retired and home all day without a thing to do. Has he gone
nuts?
The dog can't even figure it out. He's been hiding under the bed
wondering who this Gandi person is.

It makes me afraid to come home at night, not knowing what I will find
next.
