How can I ever?

How can I ever
expect to move on
when I can't get over
the fact that you are gone?

Why do I still hold
this torch so high?
Why will the flame
inside not die?

I'm trying to go forwards
but it's holding me back
Why can't I just accept
it's a one-way track

Feelings not reciprocated
a heart left cold
And still the flame burns brightly
Why wont it just be told?
