With or without YOU!

Sometimes you've got to wonder, if it's really worth the while
To push the button, turn the dial & do it with a smile
But times are quickly changing,
The world is getting smaller
The little fish have grown in strength,
Their pride has made them taller.
There's no harm in their achievements, in fact it's really good
That they have pulled their fingers out and proven that they could.
So when again, you stop to wonder, why you bother with your chores
Take pride in all the things you've got because it's all that's really yours.
In time, if you don't notice this truth
You will look back,
at all the proof
With sadness, in your heart and soul
And then you'll realise,
you've truly lost it all
For in life,
No matter what you say or do
Life goes on,
With or without, YOU!
