Dear Ma'am,
How are you ? I hope things are fine at your end. I hear you retired from school a couple of years ago . How do you occupy your time these days? I can still remember the time when I was in your class vividly though it was a long time ago . When I was in school I hated being in your class and used to be really miserable in school. However looking back today I feel you taught me some really valuable lessons. I learnt to accept that life wasn't always fair, that it was difficult. I also learnt that hard work always pays. In my effort to gain your approval I really pushed myself hard and excelled academically. It was the best year of school from the academic perspective The lessons of life that I learnt in your class helped me when I became a teacher myself.I would like to thank you today because what you taught me has remained with me till today. I will end here today. I shall look forward to hearing from you too. Please do accept my regards. Your student
