Zone Of Depression.

'Tomorrow is always better,'
People lecture as per,
But tomorrow shall be better,
Without me being there,
The knife to my wrist,
I hold it so close,
My skin flexing under the blade,
I know the call,
And I pause,
Leaving the knife be where it is,
I withdraw my wrist,
Slashing the skin,
Under the knife's pressure,
The vein's flow weak,
Lighter in colour,
Than the artery's tears,
Which flowed in spurts,
Gushing from the wound,
Tomorrow will be better,
But I gave up too soon.
