Finding the Strength

I search deep in my soul for strength
The strength to walk away from a bad marriage
The strength to believe Im a good person
The strength to stand on my own two feet

I search deep in my soul for strength
The strength to hold my head up high
The strength to know I can make it on my own
The strength to be me

As I search my soul I realise things
I am a beautiful person
I am a good mother
I have a good heart

As I look in the mirror I see me
I see a person waiting to be free
I see a person who whats to be alive
I see a person who looks for love

Finding the strength inside me is hard
I know that deep inside my soul I am strong
I believe that I can make it on my own
I believe that I can make a life for me and my kids

Finding the strength in me to take the first step
Finding the strength to hold my head high and walk out
Finding the strength to know I can do it

As I look in the mirror I see the strength
I see me!
