Lunch time

what can we do this lunch time?
im fed up of the ordinary...
as we sit and eat in uniform tone
then take our trays away,
and file in for registration.

cant we do something interseting?
like a food fight, a something,an anything!
run around the playground till we're sick.
that would be different ,do you dare to be different?
no one else does...

i 'd rather not eat to have fun.
to trip up first years and laugh
instead of waiting...waiting...
for the last person to nibble her cracker...
pretending it will burn off calories.

im bored of eating a straight lunch.
in a straight line, sat straight.
cant we slump and lounge about?
or jump... or sit upside down?
that would be funner!! trying to drink and eat!
moving and bouncing and swallowing.

ok stomache ache.
but who gives a damn?
not me .cant we live while we eat?
instead of pressing pause like a t.v.

is it just me who finds it boring?
as my legs fidget beneth the table.
and then im shouted at for moving!
hum....how rude.
dosent any one else think IM BORED?

cant we do somthing else this lunchtime?
somthing to intrest and entertain.
my back feels like cardboard.
my brain feels like wind.
to think people are staving!
and we dont even appericate lunch!
