And she lay there
motionless.
an hour ago
she was giddy
laughing
with her friends.

She couldnt take the falseness
anymore
why pretend happiness anymore?
why act
normal.
because she wasnt.

Some people take longer to get through things.
she was bad at maths.
she was bad at making conversation.
she was bad at keeping friends.
she was bad at showing her feelings
when it matters.

but half an a hour ago
her feelings were strong
no one can deny that.
if they were there,that is.

and it is there she lies,
to this day
frozen in thought.

forever.
