The body of a young woman has been found in Alexandra Park today. The
grim discovery was made by an early-morning walker who found the body
lying in thick undergrowth. Police are refusing to speculate as to
whether it is the body of missing Hastings girl Amy Hunter, who
disappeared six weeks ago after a night out with friends. They did say,
however, that they were treating the death as 'suspicious'.
