Forgive
I forgive all of you that have hurt me.
Some were blind to the agonising harm,
Some of your self-loathing thoughts were set free,
on to me. I grasped, gripped on to your charm.
Girls could be callous, sadistic villains,
even strangers had made me weary eyed.
You ripped out my hair, spat in my face tons,
I fought the temptation of suicide.
I was vulnerable, nowhere to go.
Some nights, I feel his touch on me again.
Why didn’t he understand that no means no?
I was broken. Some apologised when;
the scars that mask my body were revealed.
Those who didn’t, I forgive you. I’m healed.
