Civilized,
that's the word that we used to describe ourselves. But are we really
beings who are proud to claim ourselves as being more "advanced" than
the rest of the animal kingdom, or worse? I believe our actions will
reveal the true answer.
"civilized" as: style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">
"To raise from barbarism to an
enlightened stage of development; bring out of a primitive or savage
state. To educate in matters of culture and refinement; make more
polished or sophisticated." style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"> class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">No matter what you do,
someone will always benefit or suffer from it. Since there is a
positive side and negative side to everything, then isn't it strange
that we should perceive all actions purely as black and white only?
What if there really is a gray region between the two
sides?
Perception, that's the key to all our happiness, all
our hatred, and all the love we received.

I believe that most of the word has read or heard about
the September 11 Bombings at America, and Osama Bin Laden has been the
public culprit for the incident. Even now, terrorists are still
planning attacks on the whole world, striking fear and hatred into
everyone's heart. I am not
life as they wished to take what they want, but I am also not
perceiving the USA's way of settling this problem as the perfect way.
At here, I emphasis this point strongly that, I am perfectly in a
neutral stand and his article that I write are only my opinions, not as
facts. After all, it's a free world. class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in

Sincerely, I don't ever believe that any religion or
organization would permit the taking of unnecessary lives whenever
possible. In fact, I don't even believe that one comes into this world
as a baby thinking, "Hey, I'm going to bomb this world.' Do you even
think you will ever believe this crap?

Perhaps some of the readers may even say this is a
na?ve, wishful thinking of a small kid who hasn't seen the big picture
of the world, but I truthfully believe that peace can only be obtained
if both sides can cool down, put down their "weapons of mass
destruction", and talk the matter over a cup of iced Coca-Cola. There
is always space for negotiations for any matter.
Is this what civilized is all about? Destroying the
whole world with our hands before destroying ourselves later? Can't we
just talk it over, and get the matter settled?
position to talk about peace if one side does not want to negotiate
peacefully for mere petty moments? What win I, if I gain the thing I
seek? We should consider plans that will benefit the good of mankind.
NO one is born naughty, and always keep hope alive. That's the
prescription I think would work for the troubled times in this era,
this world.

it.
