Indelible Love Of Heart

In the deep of a wintry season
I peer out the window in despair
A world of unmatched fury and hostility
Its unparalleled longevity is imminent
Time lingers and I wonder the morrow
An inherent test of our earthly perseverance.

Indeed a man is never without cover
A cover of eternity I shall ever adore and cherish
The wintry furor melts away and brings calmness
My heart and soul warms at mere thought of her
She flares and glitters both in brightness and dimness
Passionately and affectionately I extend my arms
She is too far to reach, too near to forget in heart.

Her voice cuts like a razor blade into my feeble heart
It is just as gracious as her stunning physique and spirit
Surely God gave her a gift to define her purpose in intrigue
Not only on earth but by His providence in eternity
In times of passionate whack she makes my stomach churn
A lady of astounding humor that can be easily misconstrued
She teases but in heart it is never an insult.

I ponder into space and deep heavens of emptiness
It is no wonder the future is rife with untold uncertainties
In His Omnipotent I trust and extend my hands
There is no better gift imaginable in sanity
A world without tears , agony, and pain here I await
Patience doesn't pay any less than hope does
Those laser-sharp eyes spiced with a smiling glare here I sit.

A man hardly knows what lies deep in the tangles of life
The journey is weary and frustrating less the relish
There has never been a better appetizer of life to claim
She makes my heart pound with everlasting vigor
A taste of life is no taste in her absence I shall want no more.
