you creep ..

I've seem to have been placed in an unfortunate situation,
during the life of this, my employment.
Having to endure the toxic ignorance of some 'bosses',
who don't bother to find out how their workers tick.

To give you an example, when your dad passes away
These numpty, stupid arse wipes never ask "how was your day"
The only thing they focus on is,
Why your work isn't number one.

(I think the fact l'm grieving could account for my absenteeism)

Your self-esteem goes underground
because those bullies pull you down.
You try to keep your wits about
but nerves and fear take over, now.

Let's hope one day that empathy will flood into their hearts.
To take the place of brown nose, crawling, loud-mouthed showing off.

Until such time, remember this.
They'll find another to take your place.
You hold your head up high, and chill.
It's hurdle time!
