You know, whenever you tell your lies
Somebody out there dies
Your lies are killing people
You know that, don’t you?
 
The room fills with your perfumed breath
The wind carries the stench of death
Your breath pollutes the wind
But you can’t help it, can you?
 
There’s something dark about your plans
There’s blood upon your hands
Your plans are killing hope
You know that, too, don’t you?
 
You ride-in on your great white horse
To make your show of force
A horse of the Apocalypse
You ride it well, don’t you?
 
You always knew this day would come
The game was deemed as good as won
And now it’s come to pass, the way
You always knew it would.
 
Your grace is something to behold
The confidence of ages old
Your hand holds all the winning cards
You couldn’t lose, could you?

I like the questioning, that they know. Yes, they must know. Until scattering of the ashes let's not give up, though - but keep writing about it!

Hi Catherine. Yes, we shouldn't give up. It's hard to know how to give this stuff a voice. A long and very practical rant? A carefully reasoned argument? In the end, I couldnt do this justice. I woke up with the first stanza idea during the night. Maybe ABCTALES can produce a killer punch from somewhere that exposes this shabby attempt to extinguish all life except for those who see themselves as the next evolutionary step for humanity. The masses have been mobilised to attack a liberal "elite" by the shyster footpads of a group who've changed little since the days of the East India Company and can be realistically viewed as owners of The City, England and Britain. The faces might change, but the project remains the same. We are falling back into their hands. Once AI removes the need for what we used to call a proletariat, we will see who is working class and who is not. The true elite will have no further use for them. Britain, under its blanket of swirling Union Jacks, is somnambulating in that direction. Get writing, folks.

Great reply. And I think our confusion/reluctance/apathy is all down to PR lies, over the centuries, you can see it from the Norman oppression of the Anglo Saxons to the British Empire. So yes, keep telling the truth.
