The ticking fairy clock

Tick, tick, tick goes the clock and you are made to believe that the
tick would go on and just would never end.
Once upon a time lived a young girl who had dreams of becoming a hero.
So she dreamt and dreamt and never could stop dreaming. She never found
a good advice because all she wanted, was to be lied to and told
stories that tickled the ears.

One day, she got older and enjoyed life much more than gold itself. She
had her dreams in tact but could not work for it. She depended on games
and challenges, pretending to be who she was not and everyone respected
her style of living.

Dependency was her watch word. But she did have good bits about her
because she was also an entertainer. She stripped down and made people
laugh and brought joy into their lives.
But she had a serious problem and that was she did not know how to
dress properly but no one dared correct her because then she got upset
and that would spoil her fancy dreams.

She wore funny clothes picked off the peg and would go bankrupt because
she wanted to aim higher. Her clothes were always inappropriate but
everyone thought her alright and so she was happy.

One day, she went to a town to celebrate the wisdom of cakes and wanted
to be the centre of attraction but not this time and she would be
thoroughly upset. She was carefully put in her place but got
compensated though by having a dignitary adjust her purse when it
almost dropped. That made her laugh with joy and so it went on and
on.

But then, she got married one day, and felt like a Princess only but
for a while. She made excessive demands and loved the idea of entourage
and flashy cars and big houses but her husband could not meet her
demands.

She began to realise that you can only act out Cinderella but not lead
the life as well. If you like the life, you have to work for it. But
after managing the marriage for three to four years, she gave it up and
hoped to find better luck elsewhere which she did because there as
usual she was already in the arms of the terminator man himself and so
they lived suffocatingly in riches ever after.
