First kiss...

Stepping out of the pub into the warm night air, he slid his hand into hers. She felt her stomach somersault again. His touch was gentle but direct as he moved his body next to hers so their arms were touching.
They had barely gone a few steps when he said quietly, almost to himself, “I can’t wait much longer to do this,” and took a big step forwards, swinging his body into her path. She stopped abruptly in the middle of the pavement and looked up into his bright, beautiful eyes, as he stood in front of her, taking her other hand. She was very aware of what would happen next, but stood still, waiting for him to make the move.
He stroked his thumbs on the insides of her fingers, as if to give himself time to prepare for what he was about to do. She opened her mouth to take a breath and subconsciously ran her tongue along the inside of her bottom lip, then she put her lips together as if she’d just put lipstick on. She didn’t mean for it to be a cue, but it was enough to spur him into action.
He let go of both her hands, leaving them swinging by her sides. In one movement, he took a small step forwards and swiftly moved his hands to either side of her head, running his fingers backwards through her hair, leaving his thumbs almost on her cheeks and pulled her forwards. He lifted her head towards his, tilting his to the right, parting his lips just enough to be able to place his mouth over hers. He let his tongue softly move forwards and around and she did the same. Their lips were moist with saliva and moved together smoothly.
She was as close to him as she had ever been, a feeling as good as she had anticipated. She moved her hands to his hips, the first time she’d been able to touch him properly, in the way she’d wanted to for so long.
He was still holding her head in his hands when he gently pulled away to end the first kiss. He moved his left arm around her waist and pulled her back in to him, placing his lips on hers once more. This time, more passionate than before, mouths wider, lips moving faster, tongues swirling, heads moving. Their bodies were tight together. The release of the pent up frustration of waiting so long for this moment was apparent for both of them. The end of the kiss came far too soon, but they both realised that a pavement next to a main road at 11.30pm was probably not the best place to take things any further. He released his firm grip on her body and stepped back. Looking into her eyes, he pushed her hair behind her ear with his right hand. He stroked his finger down her cheek and leant in for a slow, tender kiss that lasted for just a few seconds.
She could see a massive smile appear on his face. “Wow,” he whispered, “I knew this would be good.” He looked like he wanted to do a dance of delight, but he thought it best if he took her hand again and they began to walk away from the pub.
