Welcome to Ghosts

 

and their expressions of relief--

finally someone believes

in them.

 

Their flights of fancy

irregular outlines

with sways and swagger

 

without howling

minus scary features.

 

More of a smile knowing

a mortal can be

filled with knowledge

 

and conviction.

I did see one though. Eric Wilson wrote a book about a ghost who inhabited an Inn in Lunenburg, NS. Esther and I rented the very room the ghost was in, at the Botswanna Inn.
