Some say that wrong is right
and black is white
because they want it so
to live each day the way that they
enjoy,
but before long
when things go wrong,
they may get bitter –
or better
turn back to see that black is black
and wrong might not be right or white,
and some discomfort in the moral way
may in the end bring steadier brighter day.

It just describes the meaning of grace, when one can see the error of their ways. If they allow the discomfort to a steady, bright, amazing day. Thanks, Rhiannow.

Thanks. When what is right is against desires it can seem hard, but better than the 'broad way' that is comfortable but leading into more harm as well as further away from calling on God. He knows what is right and good, and his wisdom is good. His arms are open to give grace too to all who ask!  Rhiannon

Fundamentalist Religion -- all of us go through that phase! No colours or shades of grey even. Just not get stuck there it's not a good place.

I wasn't discussing here a tendency to refuse shades of black and white, but contradicting moral precepts and denying moral principles and choosing one's own 'truth' thinking it will be more comfortable, and that anyone can just choose, but leads to trouble. Rhiannon
