Don't want to write these words

Don't want to write about the
moments of tormented, claustrophobic panic
a terrifying tragedy
about to unfold against your will,
and you can't stop it.
You can't stop it.
Like you can't stop
a speeding train,
that just crashed right
through your heart
to the other side -
no turning back,
everything looks bloody black
and all so bleak, you fall to pieces.
Can't breathe, feel like you're choking
Like you're broken.
You know you'll never cope
without the anchor in your life
who has been there all along,
brought you in, carried you through
thought she'd always be
there for you.
Keeping you strong.
It's so wrong!
Now it's just you,
you're all alone,
and you will never be the same.
Things will never be right again.
A great huge, great heavy hammer
just hit you in the face,
and now you'll have to take
the pain,
and then more pain -
Just make it go away.
I don't want to write those words;
It makes it real -
It makes it true,
and that is why I can't say it to you.
Don't want to feel it all again.
It feels insane.
Just want things tame.
Get rid of it or hide it.
Bring this nightmare to an end.

Filled with raw emotion, so
Filled with raw emotion, so we'll expressed. I feel this is very much a performance piece. Well done! Hope it gets the response it deserves.
