JEALOUS TYPE

I've never been the jealous type,
That's not what I am really like.
I don't let envy lead me astray,
It just, sometimes, appears that way.

I believe in truth. I believe in what's real.
I believe in honesty. I believe what I feel.
When I state I'm not the jealous type, I do mean what I say.
I never was the jealous type; you just made me that way.
