Joan d' Ork by J.B. Pravda
Claiming a 'kind of divine' inspiration, in an interview with Wired
magazine, European edition, diminutive Joan 'X', as she preferred to be
called, the young French girl had, against all Anglo-American, Silicon
Valley entrepreneurs, single-handedly put the nation best known for
culinary arts firmly in the world spotlight with her quantum
leap-styled computer operating system, VOG--------Vortextual Operating
Guidelines. Needless to say, her covetous competitors reacted with
cynicism and envious slanders, labeling it her "Voice of God."
