Shaken, Very Stirred by J.B. Pravda
"Cocktails, all around!" the American business delegation was in a
festive mood, having repaired to the priciest restaurant and night club
in Moscow. To them, it was the Wild Wild East, and their cowboy
mannerisms were showing.
"Now, waiter, we're from Texas-----like to do things in a big way, so
you run along like a good little commie and git us a bottle each of
that Stoly wodka, ya hear?!"
Sasha Molotov, son the the great hero of the Revolution, had suffered
enough insults from these uncouth boors from the West. As he carried a
large tray of Stolichnaya vodka, chilled just right, he reached for his
lighter&;#8230;..and ran for the nearest exit.
