Divine Attraction

Porcelain cheekbones, firm and sublime
Picture perfect princess, something divine
Luscious red lips and ebony skin
Crystal clear conscience lets evil stare in
Sapphire-blue eyes so beautifully deep
Oceanic movements send evil to sleep
She moves with a guile unseen by their eyes
Skintight ballgowns, dramatic disguise
Murderous glances from across the room
Sugar sweet daggers slice through the gloom
A beauty so pure, unheard of, unseen
His jealousy echoes, so morbid, unclean
She smiles a hungry smile, and their hearts all but melt
The love in the room is something un-felt
By the legions of admirers surrounding her frame
They murmer childish nothings and whisper her name
She's known as Grace to some, Liberty to others
But Justice is the name that is passed between brothers
She's Heaven's lone soldier, a winged surprise
She's witnessed the world end, and God's untimely demise
Humanity is threatened by it's own selfish stand
And the sea melts into rivers, and lakes into land
Nothing is everything, the poor will find riches
And the people are bleeding, life turns to itches
His eyes shelter hatred, he wants her to die
Her beautiful grace couldn't fool him to cry
For her - not in this lifetime, he told himself proud
He'll pound out her heart and push her to the ground
But her 'fanclub' is there - a thousand to one
Is the odds to bring her to second to none
But a chance is a chance ... One he's willing to take
He raises the knife ... a glittering stake
Her glistening features, his jealous intent
A heavenly angel, a demon hell sent
Is she damned to fall, will he triumph in death?
Or will the blade shatter and spell his last breath?
