Out on the wasteland, the Lorry stands broken,
Some kids has scribbled Wash Me in the grime,
The cab seemed smaller than I remembered it
Hard to imagine, seems so long ago,
Was his name Max?
Slight lad, looked a bit like Bono out of U2,
But rougher,
Oh yes much rougher
Used to drive around with a dog in the cab,
Yes I remember,
He sold stuff from that Lorry, stuff from all over the world,
"Produce from many countries"that`s what it should have said,
Been a good gimmick, they could have had a little Globe,
But nothing
Just the firm's name,
"May contain Additives"that`s another slogan,
Not a very good one though,
Wonder what happened to him?
Think he's still around?
Perhaps he's,
............No.

We made our way back to the City Centre, pausing only to look
over
at the abandoned Vehicle just as a large Crow flew out from the back of
the cab.
