Indepent women roam the street

Indepent women roam the street,
Taking on every man that they might meet.
As the sun sets the indepents are on the prowl,
A stupider man runs only when he hears a growl.
The indepents are revolution,
Putting a stop to this sexist pollution,
Earning same money,
The men don't think it's funny,
But every indepent woman has a dependent side,
One that is bubbly and sometimes is shy,
That's in the day time but men, beware,
By nightfall the indepent women are everywhere!
