Jealous Teen

They say things to me,
Like its my fault,
Its my fault that everything is wrong.
They speak to me,
Harsh words,
Words that make my head spin,
Making me hot, angry and vicious.
They look at me,
Like I am the 'mistake',
The baby that wasn't wanted,
The sister she wished she never had,
The friend they can't talk to anymore.
They stare at me,
Thinking how strange a teenager can be,
That its just hormones,
That it'll go away,
I'll go away,
That everything will go back to how it was,
That I'll change for the better.
They don't ask me,
What I think,
'What do you think?'
How I feel,
'How do you feel?'
They just go along with it,
Hoping it'll fade.
I'm me,
And I like me,
Your you,
And you hate my individuality,
But who's fault is it that you choose a lie?
I choose life,
A jealous teen.
