The best light you can get is from the North
(Though it's dark in winter time
And snow is only seen through an oil lamp
So it's not so true, only pure,
Only smells cold and tastes cold.
On this day, it's black or blue
And stormy, or frozen -
Only seen through your warm glaze.)
When it's summer
I think that they must never remember the dark,
Faced with light so pure as that.
