People still dancing,
Red lights flashing in my head.

One more drink, one more pill,
Temptation sapping at my hungry will.

Dormant dementor mouth opens wide,
Pill is popped one foot is inside.

Fusing thoughts red lights no more,
People still dancing stare at me on the floor.

Active dementor tares out my will,
Heart stops pumping, I'm finally still.

Hark! The herald angels sing,
Drugs and drink are just the thing.
Pints and pills a night of hell,
One two many chime the churchyard bell.
