TOOTH ACHE
Eating that cake
Was a big mistake.
I got tooth ache
Mum had to take
Me to the dentist
I tried to resist
But Mum did insist
School had to be missed
And the pain did persist.
My tummy muscles tightened.
I was feeling very frightened.
It just didn't seem fair!
But it wasn't so bad when I got there.
The dentist put me in a big chair
And made it go right up in the air
Sitting still trying not to fidget
The tooth coming out hurt a little bit
I took some mouthwash and had to spit
It into the sink but I missed it.
Now I don't eat too much that's sugary
So my teeth are alright as you can see
My Dad must have had a lot more cake than me
I lost one tooth but he lost twenty-three.
